Creamy Mussel Recipe

Ingredients

2 packs mussels

Sauce

  • 1/4 pure butter
  • litre fresh cream
  • 4 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 3 tsp finely chopped green chillies ( u can add to your taste)
  • 4 tsp finely chopped dhanya
  • 1 1/2 tsp flour
  • Aromat

 

Method

In a large sauce pan, Add butter when melted add,

Garlic

Green chilles

Dhanya

Let it all fry abit, then add your flour mix everything together. If it has a lumps press it out with a spoon. Add fresh cream

Add aromat according to your taste.

Bring to gentle boil, then add your mussels.

Serve with garlic bread. Enjoy
