2 packs mussels
- 1/4 pure butter
- litre fresh cream
- 4 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 3 tsp finely chopped green chillies ( u can add to your taste)
- 4 tsp finely chopped dhanya
- 1 1/2 tsp flour
In a large sauce pan, Add butter when melted add,
Let it all fry abit, then add your flour mix everything together. If it has a lumps press it out with a spoon. Add fresh cream
Add aromat according to your taste.
Bring to gentle boil, then add your mussels.
Serve with garlic bread. Enjoy
